Visit from children’s author Nizrana Farook

Our pupils were privileged to have best selling children’s author Nizrana Farook come into school.
She held an assembly in which she talked about her life growing up in Sri Lanka. She grew up surrounded by fascinating wild animals, the same animals that she writes about in her stories. Years 5 and 6 participated in inspirational writing workshops and children who had brought books into sign, met and chatted with Nizrana too.
