Strings Assembly

We had a wonderful, inspiring visit from the NMPAT string section in yesterday’s assembly. They played lots of recognisable tunes from classical, to film scores, to pop songs. The children were brilliant at joining in and singing along too!

Year 3 were then lucky enough to have a workshop where they got the chance to play either a violin, viola, cello or double bass.

NMPAT offer various music lessons during the school day and they still have a few spaces. If your child is interested in learning a new instrument, please go to the NMPAT website where you can find all the information on how to book lessons.
