World Book Day 2026

A huge thank you to all our parents and families for your support in helping us make this year’s World Book Day one of our most successful yet!

The children’s costumes were absolutely brilliant – it was the most colourful assemblies we’ve ever had and such a wonderful way to celebrate our love of reading.

Our “Book in a Box” competition and Favourite Book character posters were incredibly difficult to judge. The creativity, effort and care that went into every entry was amazing, and the display looked fantastic. Well done to everyone who took part! The winners were presented with a £10 book voucher.

Our Bring & Buy Book Sale raised over £20, but more importantly, lots of happy children left clutching a ‘new’ book to enjoy at home 📖💛
